The 2025-2026 School Calendar was amended:
- May 26, May 27, May 28, and May 29th are now make up days. May 29th will be a 1pm dismissal.
- March 30th will not be a make-up day. Spring Break is intact.
- May 25th, Memorial Day, will be closed for students and staff.
- Scott County was granted 7 additional IWP days. We have used one. Any missed days beyond our additional IWP days would be made up at the end of the year beginning with June 1st.

Gate City High School May 27, 2026 (7PM) Awards Day: May 22, 2026 (9AM)
Rye Cove High School May 28, 2026 (7PM) Awards Day: May 20, 2026 (9AM)

End of the Nine-Weeks and Workday:
The end of the 3rd nine weeks will be Tuesday, March 17th. Report cards will go home on Friday, March 20th.
